Steel-Sure Frame

The most often overlooked part of a spa during the purchasing decision is the structure, yet this is the most intricate part of the spa carrying the weight of thousands of pounds of water and bathers. All Sunrise Spas are supported by an industrial strength 20 gauge welded square tubular frame capable of supporting 10 times the load of the spa, water and bathers.

ABS PAN

The tubing is finished with exterior grade, black powder coating, eliminating the chance of rust or degradation. Protecting the frame and equipment from the cold wet ground and capping the entire bottom is a thermoformed ABS pan with integral pump and component mounts formed in. This barrier will keep all unwanted elements from entering the spa cavity, such as moisture, insects and rodents.

Tri Lam Eternalwood Cabinet

This carefully engineered, synthetic cabinet is made to look and feel like real quality finished wood without the shortcomings of real wood, such as warping, fading and the constant need for maintenance. Our unique triple laminating process bonds the colour fast synthetic cabinet exterior first to a 2mm PVC sheet, then to a 20mm Styrofoam slab - all without using rust-prone nails or staples - providing additional noise reduction and heat conservation.
